Karoi prioritizes future-ready infrastructure with 734ha of serviced industrial land and expanding road/utility networks. Our engineering team delivers:

Modern sewage treatment (Phase II completion 2025)
Projects align with Zimbabwe’s NDS1 blueprint, focusing on export-enabling assets like the planned Chirundu Highway logistics hub. We employ climate-smart designs—flood-resistant drainage, recycled materials—and enforce strict quality controls via independent audits. Private partnerships are welcomed for build-operate-transfer models, with council providing land leases and permitting fast-tracks. Current tenders include a cold storage facility and vocational training center.
