2. Booking and Payment All bookings must be confirmed in writing or via our official platform.

Full payment is required before dispatch, unless prior arrangements are made.

Quotes provided are valid for a limited time and subject to change based on fuel, customs, or handling adjustments.

3. Client Responsibilities Ensure accurate and complete shipment details (weight, dimensions, destination, etc.).

Ensure goods comply with applicable customs and import/export laws.

Provide required documentation and secure packaging of cargo.

Sama Forwarding is not responsible for delays or costs due to incorrect information provided by the client.

4. Delivery and Liability Delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed unless explicitly stated.

We are not liable for delays caused by customs, weather, or third-party carrier issues.

Our liability for loss or damage is limited to the declared value, unless additional insurance is purchased.

We do not carry or handle restricted, hazardous, or illegal items.

5. Cancellations and Refunds Cancellations must be made in writing before shipment dispatch.

Refunds (if any) will be processed based on the status of the shipment and services already rendered.

Handling or booking fees may be non-refundable.

6. Insurance Shipments are not automatically insured unless requested by the client.

We strongly recommend purchasing additional insurance for high-value or sensitive goods.

7. Use of Website All content on our website is the property of Sama Forwarding and may not be copied, reused, or modified without permission.

You may not use our site to submit false information, commit fraud, or interfere with system functionality.
