Welcome to Pandari Hotel. By making a booking, using our website, or visiting our premises, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully to ensure a pleasant and informed experience.

1. General Information

These Terms and Conditions apply to all guests, visitors, and users of Pandari Hotel’s services, whether online or in person. By using our services, you acknowledge and accept these terms.

2. Bookings & Reservations

  • All room reservations must be confirmed with a valid form of payment (EcoCash, ZIPIT, Visa/MasterCard, or cash).

  • Guests must be 18 years or older to make a booking.

  • All bookings are subject to availability and acceptance by Pandari Hotel.

3. Check-In and Check-Out

  • Check-in time: 8:00 PM

  • Check-out time: 11:00 AM

  • Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

  • Valid identification is required at check-in.

4. Cancellation and Refund Policy

  • Cancellations made 48 hours or more before arrival are eligible for a full refund.

  • Late cancellations or no-shows will incur a charge equivalent to one night’s stay.

  • For group bookings (5 rooms or more), a 7-day cancellation notice is required.

5. Room Policy

  • Room rates are based on double occupancy unless otherwise stated.

  • Additional guests may incur extra charges.

  • Rooms are non-smoking unless designated otherwise.

6. Guest Responsibilities

  • Guests are expected to maintain appropriate conduct.

  • Damage to hotel property caused by guests will result in applicable repair/replacement charges.

  • Pandari Hotel reserves the right to evict guests for misconduct or breach of policies without refund.

7. Payment Terms

  • All payments are due at check-in unless otherwise arranged.

  • Accepted methods: EcoCash, ZIPIT, Visa/MasterCard, and cash (ZWL or USD).

  • Rates include government taxes and levies where applicable.

8. Internet & Technology Use

  • Complimentary Wi-Fi is provided throughout the hotel.

  • Bandwidth is shared; guests are requested to use it respectfully.

9. Liability

  • Pandari Hotel is not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged personal items.

  • Valuables should be stored in the in-room safe or at reception.

10. Force Majeure

Pandari Hotel is not responsible for service interruptions caused by circumstances beyond our control, such as power outages, extreme weather, or national emergencies.

11. Privacy

We respect your privacy. Any personal information collected during booking is used solely for reservation, communication, and customer service purposes. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for more details.

12. Changes to These Terms

Pandari Hotel reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services indicates acceptance of the updated terms.
