These Terms and Conditions govern your use of services provided by Penya Events. By engaging our services or using our website, you agree to be bound by the following terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Booking and Payment A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking.

The remaining balance must be paid in full before the event date unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Late payments may result in service delays or cancellation.

2. Cancellations and Refunds Cancellations must be submitted in writing.

Deposits are non-refundable.

If cancellation occurs less than 14 days before the event, a percentage of the total fee may still be charged to cover committed costs.

Refunds, where applicable, will be processed within 14 days.

3. Service Changes Any changes to the event plan must be communicated and confirmed in writing at least 7 days before the event.

We reserve the right to adjust the final design or vendor choice in case of supplier unavailability or emergencies, while maintaining overall quality.

4. Event Execution Penya Events will make every effort to deliver the agreed design and service.

The client is responsible for providing access to the venue and necessary permits.

We are not liable for delays or service disruptions caused by circumstances beyond our control (e.g. weather, power outages, third-party vendor failures).

5. Damage and Liability Clients are responsible for any damage caused by guests to our rental items or decorations.

Penya Events is not liable for injury, loss, or damage to persons or property unless due to our negligence.

6. Intellectual Property All images, designs, and content on our website or social media belong to Penya Events and may not be used without permission.

Photos taken at events may be used for our promotional purposes unless the client opts out in writing.

7. Privacy Your personal information is handled with care in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

8. Amendments These terms may be updated at any time. Any changes will be reflected on this page with the updated effective date.
