Asante Descon was commissioned by Proplastics in Waterfalls, Harare, to execute critical preparatory works for their site. This multifaceted project involved three key phases, each requiring precision, safety, and efficient project management to set the stage for future development.

The initial phase involved targeted building demolition of existing structures on the site. Our team carefully executed the demolition, prioritizing safety protocols and ensuring the systematic removal of debris to prepare the ground for subsequent works. This process was managed to minimize disruption and maximize site readiness.

Following demolition, we proceeded with meticulous pit excavation. This crucial step involved digging specific pits to precise dimensions and depths, tailored to the client's engineering specifications, likely for the installation of new industrial equipment, tanks, or foundations. Our machinery and skilled operators ensured accuracy, managing soil removal and proper site grading.

The final major component was robust pit construction. This involved building the internal structures of the excavated pits, often utilizing reinforced concrete to create durable and stable containment or foundational structures.
