Description

Asante Descon proudly partnered with the Chitewe Trust for the comprehensive development of a modern cluster home community in Waterfalls, Harare. This ambitious project aimed to create a serene and secure residential environment, offering contemporary living spaces tailored to the needs of modern families.

Our involvement spanned the entire project lifecycle, beginning with detailed feasibility studies and the preparation of essential subdivision permits for the cluster home layouts. We executed meticulous design and supervision of both the on-site and off-site infrastructure. This included the strategic planning and implementation of robust water reticulation systems, ensuring reliable water supply to every home, and efficient sewer reticulation networks for sustainable waste management. Our expertise also covered the design and supervision of quality road networks within the development, enhancing accessibility, and comprehensive stormwater drainage systems to prevent waterlogging and ensure long-term stability.

Furthermore, Asante Descon provided expert structural design and supervision for the individual housing units, ensuring each home was built to the highest standards of safety and durability. The project culminated in the creation of a well-planned, aesthetically pleasing, and highly functional community, demonstrating our commitment to delivering exceptional residential developments from concept to completion.
