Core Safety, Health and Environment Values

At NRZ, we believe that all operations should be carried out in a safe and environmentally sustainable manner. We recognize that investment in safety, health, and environmental management programmes is as important as profit maximization. Safety is the responsibility of every NRZ employee and stakeholder, with all parties expected to act in good faith. We are also committed to ensuring that all our operations and processes harmoniously co-exist with the environment and surrounding communities through the implementation of best practices.

Safety, Health and Environment Governance

We integrate safety, health, and environmental management systems into all our operations and strive to provide and maintain a safe, healthy, and conducive working environment for employees, contractors, and the general public.

We investigate, record, and take timely remedial action on all accidents and incidents while continuously informing and training employees and stakeholders to raise awareness and encourage cooperation in implementing safety, health, and environmental programmes. Through regular monitoring, review, and evaluation of our work processes, we seek continual improvement in safety, health, and environmental performance.

Above all, whenever a conflict of interest exists, safety shall take precedence over all other considerations.
