Procurement Procedures

Suppliers Registrations

National Railways Of Zimbabwe is inviting current and prospective, reputable and reliable suppliers of goods and services to submit their proposals for consideration for the suppliers list.

Interested suppliers should submit comprehensive company profiles clearly indicating their line of business being applied for including physical address and contact details. The following documents must also be submitted:

1. Letter of introduction.

2. Certificate of Incorporation.

3. CR14 and CR6.

4. Membership of Professional Bodies/industry where applicable.

5. Current Tax Clearance and or VAT registration certificate.

6. At least 3 traceable trade references.

7. Procurement Regulatory Authority of Zimbabwe Board Registration for the line of business being applied for.

8. Professional Certificate e.g. SAZ/ISO certification where applicable.

Important Notice

NB: Current suppliers must also submit their re-registration documents otherwise they will not be considered.

Online Procurement

Procurement is now being done online on the PRAZ e-gp portal system. All procurements are conducted on this platform.
