The National Railways of Zimbabwe's Engineering & Mechanical Workshops are among the largest integrated railway workshop facilities in Southern Africa. Strategically located in Bulawayo and Mutare, these workshops provide comprehensive maintenance, repair, refurbishment, and manufacturing services that support railway operations, mining, manufacturing, and other industrial sectors.

Our workshops specialize in locomotive, wagon, coach, and caboose overhauls, precision machining, fabrication, foundry services, armature winding, transformer repairs, specialized welding, and the manufacture of railway components and industrial spare parts.
